一種光譜影像分析方法，包含：一超頻譜影像掃瞄裝置，其包括一光學系統用於獲得組織檢體的螢光訊號、一激發光源用於產生激發光源、一掃瞄機構用於進行組織掃瞄、一光檢測器用於將掃瞄機構所產生光譜訊號轉換成數位訊號；一控制單元，用於控制超頻譜影像掃瞄機構，以輸入必要參數；一資料分析單元，用於將影像資料依據空間位置之進行特徵粹取、資料分類與比對，以決定被掃瞄組織是否為癌症甚至可以進一步獲知其癌症分期分期；一人機介面，用於下達控制指令于控制單元。 This invention is about a hyperspectral scanning apparatus, which includes an optical system to shed an excitation light to the sample for inducing fluorescent reflections from the sample. The device also includes a scanning mechanism to scan the tissue sample under examination. A photo detection system is also attached to the device for digitizing the reflected fluorescent responses. Finally, a control unit is used to control the image acquisition for inputting the necessary acquisition parameters and directing the digital data to data analysis unit. The data analysis unit can be integrated into the control unit or a standalone system software to perform a linear transformation. The data analysis unit can also match the extracted hyperspectral features with the predetermined template so as to discriminate the cancerous and noncancerous tissue types as well as determine the staging of the cancerous tissue.
