具有氫鍵的固態有機光電材料及其製備方法

力用相容且具輕見作用之小分子,摻雜於共軛高分子,可大幅提升共軛高分子之光電效率。共軛高分子具有主鏈及複數個與主鏈鍵結且可與摻雜劑間形成氫鍵的側基,且該側基的數目為該主鏈原子總數量的0.03倍以上。該摻雜劑的分子量範圍為10,000以下,且以該具有氫鍵的固態有機光電材料的總量為100wt%計,該摻雜劑的含量範圍為5wt%至95wt%。透過共軛高分子的側基與摻雜劑間的氫鍵作用力,使摻雜劑分散於共軛高分子中,且有效拘束共軛高分子的分子鏈的運動,以使其受電或光激發後,具有較佳的放光效率及光電轉換效率。 A solid-state organic optoelectronic material with hydrogen bond comprises a kind of conjugated polymer and a kind of dopant. Said conjugated polymer contain a backbone and a plurality of side groups bonding to said backbone, and hydrogen bonds are formed between said side groups and said dopant. The total number of said side groups is no less than three hundredths times of the total number of atoms of said backbone. The molecular weight of said dopant is below 10,000, and the total amount of said dopant is from 5 to 95 weight percentage. Through the hydrogen bond interactions between said side groups of said conjugated polymer and said dopant, said dopant well disperse into said conjugated polymer, and the constraint on molecular chain motion of said conjugated polymer is taken well. When said solid-state organic optoelectronic material with hydrogen bond is excited by light or electron, it has better luminous efficiency and optoelectronic efficiency.
