技術說明

本發明係為一種導引切割腓骨結構。導引切割腓骨結構包括:主體器械；以及固定配件。主體器械可多組組合，再藉由固定配件裝置於下顎骨缺損切面與骨板上。將主體器械鎖在腓骨上，而腓骨切割面位置即為主體器械之L型板側面。在手術中測量缺損大小後，再直接導引腓骨切割，此方式能達到準確的腓骨分段組合。其特點：1. 器械組合結構使拆卸方便易於消毒清洗。2. 器械操作簡易且穩固。3. 針對手術中下顎骨缺損切面量測，可用於不同病患，且能依據下顎骨外型輪廓規劃腓骨接合處位置。4. 器械可直接在腓骨上進行裝置，精準的導引切割面位置。5. 可重複使用。 The present invention as a guide cut the fibula structure. Guided cutting fibula structure includes: the main equipment; and fixed parts. The main groups of equipment can be combined, and then fixed fittings installed in the jaw by bone defects and bone plate section. Equipment will be locked in the fibula on the subject, and location of the cut surface of fibula is the L plate side of the main equipment. Measured in the surgical defect size, then cut directly guide the fibula, this approach can achieve accurate fibula segment combinations.Characteristics: (1) equipment combined structure allows easy removal easy decontamination. (2) equipment operation easy and secure. (3) for surgical bone defects in the jaw section measurements can be used for different patients, according to the jaw bone and can shape outline planning fibula junction location. (4) devices can be directly on the device in the fibula, precision-guided cutting surface location. (5) can be reused.
