技術說明

本發明提出一種鋰電池及其電極與集電層的製造方法，所述鋰電池包含隔離層、正極結構及負極結構。隔離層具有第一表面與相對於第一表面之第二表面。正極結構設置於第一表面，其具有正極層與正極集電層，正極層二側分別連接於第一表面與正極集電層。負極結構設置於第二表面，其具有負極層與負極集電層，負極層二側分別連接於第二表面與負極集電層。正負極集電層主要係由第一碳材與第二碳材以重量比50:1至1:50範圍間的比例所構成。有別於習知技術係用金屬作為集電體材料，本發明改用導電碳材，可減少整體鋰電池的重量而提高整體重量能量密度。 A lithium battery and manufacturing method for electrode and current collector thereof are provided. The lithium includes an isolating layer, a positive structure, and a negative structure. The isolating layer has a first surface and a second surface relative to the first surface. The positive structure is disposed at the first surface and has a positive electrode layer and a positive-electrode current-collector, where two sides of the positive electrode layer are respectively connected to the first surface and the positive collector. The negative structure is disposed at the second surface, and has a negative layer and a negative-electrode current collector, where two sides of the negative electrode layer are respectively connected to the second surface and the negative-electrode current collector.
