技術說明

一種耐腐蝕不銹鋼製板式熱交換器，其包含：一底板；一蓋板，蓋板設有第一流體入口與出口，及第二流體入口與出口；多層夾板，該多層夾板設於底板與蓋板之間，該多層夾板內將形成第一流道及第二流道；底板、蓋板及多層夾板材質均為不銹鋼，其連結配合硬銲填料以硬銲方式為之，硬銲填料材質屬於錫青銅合金。 A corrosion resistant plate heat exchanger is made by stainless steel, including bottom plate, cover plate with first and second flow inlets and outlets, multiple plates between top and cover plates in order to form first and second flow channels. Bottom plate, cover plate and multiple plates are made by the stainless steel, and they are connected by brazing. The brazing filler metal is tin bronze.
