非侵入且非加壓式血壓波量測裝置及方法APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR NONINVASIVE AND CUFFLESS BLOOD PRESSURE MEASUREMENT

根據2008~2012行政院衛生署統計的國人十大死因中,心血管相關疾病造成死亡佔總死亡人口的30%左右。然而心血管疾病主要危險因子為動脈硬化,形成的原因包括因為肥胖、抽菸、飲食不正常造成高血壓、糖尿病等疾病。為此,設計一個輕薄的生理量測裝置,符合長期配戴與量測。本發明設計將心電圖、血氧以及脈波等三種感測器組成腕戴式心血管健康量測錶,藉由三種感測器,可以量測受測者心電圖、血氧訊號以及脈波訊號,再根據這些訊號計算出心率、血壓、心率變異度、呼吸頻率以及血氧飽和度等生理參數,這些生理參數將來可以高血壓、心律異常、交感神經過度興奮、壓力指數、糖尿病偵測等依據;其中量測血壓的方法不需透過壓脈帶(cuff)進行加壓之後才可以計算,而是透過計算出的脈波傳遞時間(pulse transit time, PTT)計算,改善電子血壓計需定期校正的不足。 本腕戴式心血管健康量測錶也可將原始生理訊號取出,做後端離線分析,做更多元的生理參數分析計算。 According to the survey of Ministry of Health and Welfare among 2008~2012, the death ratio of cardiovascular disease has reached 30% of total death rate. The risky factors for cardiovascular disease include fat, smoking, abnormal diet habits, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc. Therefore, a light and wearble phsiological monitoring system is needed to meet the requirement of long-term equipement for monitoring personal physical conditions. This invention describes a novel health measurement watch. By measuring electrocardiography (ECG), blood oxygenation concentration and blood pulse signal, users heart rate, blood pressure, heart rate variability, respiration frequency and blood oxgentation concentration can be measured. These parameters can be further used as indicators for high blood pressure, neural over-activation, pressure index, diabetes. In this invention, the measurement of blood pressure is calculated by the measurement of pulse transit time (PTT) between ECG and PPG.
