技術說明

本發明之目的係在提供一種增進嵌段共聚物有序規整結構之製造方法，尤指一種適用於具導電高分子、以及具有硬鏈段(rod)之嵌段共聚物之熱退火過程，而製造及增進嵌段聚合物之有序規整結構。其中，本發明之製造方法包括下列步驟：(A)提供一嵌段共聚物及一小分子添加物，其中該嵌段共聚物可由一第一單體及一第二單體所形成，該第一單體含有至少一芳香環，該第二單體係選擇性的含有至少一芳香環，且該小分子添加物含有至少一芳香環；(B)混合該嵌段共聚物與該小分子添加物，形成一混合物；以及(C)以熱退火處理該混合物，以製造與增進該嵌段共聚物之有序規整結構。 In this invention, a manufacturing method of enhancing ordered block copolymers is provided, which is related to a thermo annealing process for block copolymers having rod segments such as conducting polymers. This invention includes the following steps: (A) providing a block copolymer and a small molecule additive, wherein the copolymer may be formed by a first monomer and a second monomer, the first monomer may contain at least one aromatics, the second monomer may selectively contain at least one aromatics, and the small molecule additive may contain at least one aromatics; (B) blending the polymer and the small molecule additive to form a mixture; and (C) treating the mixture through a thermo annealing process to manufacture and facilitate the ordered structure of the block copolymers.
