技術說明

一種嵌入料式探針型摩擦攪拌熔接工具，用以接合二被熔接件，可解決目前熔接工具摩擦溫度不易升高且溫升速率不快，以及摩擦攪拌表面下塑性流動深度不易增加的問題。 本發明之該嵌入料式探針型摩擦攪拌熔接工具包含：一本體，內部設有連通至一端的一容置槽，該本體於該端部的端面形成一第一抵接面，該容置槽具有一底面及一內環周面；一探針，一端連接於該容置槽之底面，另一端凸伸超出該容置槽；及一嵌合體，與該被熔接件為同類材料，該嵌合體設於該容置槽中並包覆該探針，該嵌合體之一端的端面形成一第二抵接面，且該第二抵接面與該本體之第一抵接面共平面。 An embedded type of friction stir welding tool with a probe is invented to join two sheets that are difficult to increase the frictional temperature and the rate of the temperature rise, as well as the depth of the plastic flow below the interface. This tool includes a main body having a groove in one of its end along axis, a probe having one end in the surface of the groove and the other end protruding beyond the groove, and an insert member embedded in the groove and to cover the probe, as well as their end surfaces are coplanar. The main body is made of the materials with high wear resistance and high hot hardness, and the insert member is made of the materials similar to a work-piece.
