技術說明

本計畫的主要研究對象是一種具有高致動力的壓電馬達。該高致動力壓電馬達具有結構簡單、製作容易、組裝便捷與堅固耐用之優點。其中，該壓電馬達所產生之高致動力可以用來驅動精密機械系統或光學系統。至於，該高致動力壓電馬達的初期設計概念與主要構件包括：一定子、四組多層塊狀壓電陶瓷組、一彈簧、一齒輪狀轉子、一軸承及一螺絲。操作時，我們可以分別對多層塊狀壓電陶瓷組施以不同或相同的共振頻率、驅動電壓與相角，藉此來促使該高致動力壓電馬達來驅動精密機械系統或光學系統。 The main object of study of this project is a high actuating force piezoelectric motor. The high actuating force piezoelectric motor has advantages of simple structure, easy production, assembly of convenient and durable. Which the piezoelectric motor of high actuating force generated can be used to drive precision mechanical systems or optical systems. As for the high actuating force piezoelectric motor of the initial design concept and main components include: a stator, four multi-block piezoelectric ceramic sets, a spring, a gear type rotor, a bearing and a screw. Which the stator has a head part, body part and base part. Operation, we can respectively multi-block piezoelectric ceramic set is subject to different or the same resonant frequency, driving voltage and phase angle, thereby to promote the high actuating force piezoelectric motor to drive the precision machinery systems or optical systems.
