技術說明

一種懸浮式全相位正交耦合器包含一基板、複數個支撐柱、一第一耦合元件、一第一耦合電容、一第二耦合元件、一第二耦合電容及一第三耦合元件，該些支撐柱設置於該基板上，該第一耦合元件、該第一耦合電容、該第二耦合元件、該第二耦合電容及該第三耦合元件設置於該些支撐柱而懸浮於該基板上，以減少該些耦合元件與該基板之間的寄生電容，以減少插入損失及訊號失真的現象，且藉由該第一耦合元件、該第二耦合元件及該第三耦合元件可輸出全相位之訊號使該懸浮式全相位正交耦合器可被廣泛的使用。 A suspended all phase quadrature coupler includes a substrate, a plurality of pillar, a first coupling member, a first coupled capacitor, a second coupling member, a second coupled capacitor and a third coupling member. The pillars are located at the substrate, wherein the first coupled member, the first coupled capacitor, the second coupled member, the second coupled capacitor and the third coupled member are disposed at the pillars to suspend on the substrate to reduce the parasitic capacitor formed between those coupling member and the substrate, and to decrease the phenomenon of the insert loss and the signal distortion. The suspended all phase quadrature coupler could output all phase signal by the first coupling member, the second coupling member and the third coupling member to enable the suspended all phase quadrature coupler could widely use.
