一種用以檢測丙烯醯胺的寡肽，其包含如SEQ ID NO：2 所示之胺基酸序列；本發明另關於包含該寡肽的套組，以及使用該寡肽以檢測丙烯醯胺的方法。 An oligopeptide is used for detecting acrylamide in drinking water, cosmetics and foods. The oligopeptide comprises an amino acid sequence set forth as SEQ ID NO: 2. A kit including the oligopeptide, as well as a method for detecting acrylamide using the oligopeptide, are also disclosed.
