技術說明

本發明提供一種三咔唑與苯并咪唑碳氮連接之雙極性材料以及使用此雙極性材料的有機發光二極體元件。有機發光二極體元件，包括基板、第一導電層、電洞傳遞層、發光層、電子傳遞層、以及第二導電層。第一導電層設置在基板上。電洞傳遞層設置在第一導電層上。發光層設置在電洞傳遞層上，包含具有選自包含三咔唑與苯并咪唑碳氮連接之雙極性材料。電子傳遞層設置於發光層上。第二導電層設置於電子傳遞層上。 A Tricharbazole-N-Benzimidazole bipolar material and organic light emitting diodes using the same is provided. The organic light emitting diodes includes a substrate, a first conducting layer, a hole transport layer, a light emitting layer, an electron transport layer, and a second conducting layer. The first conducting layer is disposed on the substrate. The hole transport layer is disposed on the first conducting layer. The light emitting layer having the Tricarbazole-N-Benzimidazole bipolar material is disposed on the hole transport layer. The electron transport layer is disposed on the light emitting layer. The second conducting layer is disposed on the electron transport layer.
