以分析系統共振模態取得精準共振頻率的方法

本發明係有關於一種以分析系統共振模態來去除雜訊及取得精準共振頻率的方法及其運算式,其係由振動頻譜決定共振模態數,且分別設定共振頻率為其模態中之最高尖峰頻率,做為各共振模態之初始共振頻率,且以步階函數來近似該振動訊號之包絡訊號,則振動訊號可映射於以共振頻率所建立之三角函數基底上,再以線性最小平方估測法求取其映射係數對,由所得係數對之平方和開根號可獲得振動訊號於各共振模態之包絡訊號,將此包絡訊號經共振調變即可重建去除雜訊振動訊號,再以此重建去除雜訊之各模態振動訊號,以分別求取其頻譜,並可重新選取共振頻率為其模態中之最高尖峰頻率;如此,依序重複上述分析包絡訊號、重建去除雜訊振動訊號與重新選取共振頻率等步驟,直到共振頻率值趨近相同[收斂],則可獲得精確估測之各模態共振頻率。 In this invention, an envelope analysis is based on the resonance modes to apply in the signal processing for the noise rejection and the amendment of resonance frequencies. Under the assumption of stepwise functions for the envelope signals in the corresponding resonance modes, the vibration signal could be decomposed into the sinusoidal function bases with fundamental frequencies at the resonance frequencies. Thus, the envelope signals could be retrieved by estimating the coefficients of the function bases with the linear least squares analysis. According to the spectra of the mode vibrations derived from reconstructed signals, the resonance frequencies in the range of the corresponding resonance modes could be revised. Repeat estimating the envelope vibrations and revising the resonance frequency until the resonance frequencies converge. Accordingly, the resonance frequencies with good precision could be derived.
