技術說明

一種回饋式運動訓練系統包含一偵測裝置、一處理裝置、一傳送裝置及一運動訓練裝置。偵測裝置偵測一使用者身體活動的一人體生理訊號。處理裝置電連接偵測裝置，且接收人體生理訊號並根據使用者及其活動情況將人體生理訊號轉換成一控制信號。傳送裝置電連接處理裝置，並傳送控制信號。運動訓練裝置電耦接傳送裝置，並根據控制信號調整一訓練機制供使用者訓練。這樣的優點在於透過處理裝置的運算，以及傳送裝置傳送控制訊號到運動訓練裝置，使運動訓練裝置隨時調整訓練機制，進而達到有效運動的目的。 A biofeedback exercise training system consist of a detecting unit, a processing unit, a transmitting unit and an exercise training device. The detecting unit is used to monitor human body physiological signal during subject’s movement. The processing unit is connected with detecting unit to receive human body physiological signal and to concert it into a control signal based on some predefined control rules. The transmitting unit is connected with processing unit to transmit the control signal. The exercise training device is connected with the transmitting unit and adjusted the parameters of the exercise system by the control signal. The advantages of the proposed system is that the parameters of the exercise training system can be adaptively adjusted according to the control signal to achieve the objectives of the effective exercise.
