腈化合物、其製造方法及作為發光材料的用途、以及有機發光二極體元件

本研究提供一化合物2Cbz4CN。其主要以o-diCbzBz為樣本,於中心苯環上添加氰基(cyano group)官能基作為修飾改質,其構型主架構為苯甲晴對位為苯並咪唑以氰基為強拉電子基,間位兩邊連接咔唑為供電子基,形成供電子基與拉電子基結構(donor–acceptor structure)。使其三重激發態能階與單重激發態能階更為接近,當能階相差一定範圍內,三重態的激子可以經由隙間跨越至單重態並回到基態放出螢光。 We synthesized a compound 26Cbz4CN which mainly uses o-diCbzBz as a sample, and added a cyano group functional group as a modification to the central benzene ring. The main structure is benzimidazole para-positions modified benzimidazole and meta-positions modified carbazole, the cyano group in this structure be an electron withdrawing group and carbazole be an electron donating group from a donor-acceptor structure. The photoluminescence of 26Cbz4CN, at 77 K the fluorescence spectra not only can observed the fluorescence at 439 nm but also can observe the phosphorescence at 499 nm, we calculate the ΔEST jest 0.24 eV, it means the singlet and triplet energy transfer from inter system crossing is very easy and fast. We used this compound as a preliminary thermal activation-activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) device, brightness have 546 cd/m2 and efficiency have 5.42 cd/A. In addition, the energy level is close Firpic. We also have a test for host and guest light-emitting ,the device efficiency have 44.34 cd/A and brightness have 4355 cd/m2.
