技術說明

本發明係關於一種檢測鉛離子的方法，其包括下列步驟：提供檢測試紙，其包括基材與附於該基材上的經蛋白修飾的金奈米粒子，該檢測試紙呈現一顏色之第一強度；提供反應試劑，其包括硫代硫酸鈉（Na2S2O3）、2-硫甘醇（2-mercaptoethanol）及緩衝溶液；將待測樣品與該檢測試紙及該反應試劑反應，使該檢測試紙呈現該顏色之第二強度；以及分析並比較該顏色的第一強度及第二強度，其中第二強度小於第一強度表示該待測樣品含有鉛離子。本發明亦提供檢測鉛離子的套組。 The present invention relates to a method for detecting lead ions, which comprises providing a test membrane comprising a substrate and protein modified gold nanoparticles attached thereon, said test membrane exhibiting a first intensity of a color; providing a reaction reagent comprising Na2S2O3, 2-mercaptoethanol and a buffer; reacting a test sample with the test membrane and the reaction reagent to allow the test membrane to exhibit a second intensity of the color; and analyzing the first intensity and the second intensity of the color and making comparison there between to obtain a result, wherein a result showing that the second intensity of the color is less than the first intensity of the color is indicative of the presence of lead ions in the test sample. A kit for detecting lead ions is also provided.
