技術說明

一種基於擴充實境的加工規劃設備包含：一相機組，拍攝一真實場景中的一加工機以及由一使用者操作的一探頭的可見光資料及深度資料以獲得場景資料；一處理器，信號連接至相機組及加工機，依據一虛擬工件及場景資料來求出探頭所對應的多個位置的指示資料，並依據指示資料產生導引資料，以導引使用者操作探頭，來產生加工資料；以及一輸出介面，信號連接至處理器，並輸出場景資料、虛擬工件及導引資料給使用者參考。 A process planning apparatus based on augmented reality includes: a camera set capturing visible light data and depth data of a processing machine and a probe operated by a user in a real scene to obtain scene data; a processor signal, which is connected to the camera set and the processing machine, determines instruction data corresponding to multiple positions of the probe according to a virtual workpiece and the scene data, and generate guide data according to the instruction data to guide the user to operate the probe to generate processing data; and an output interface, which is signal connected to the processor and outputs the scene data, the virtual workpiece and the guide data to the user for reference.
