Thiolation method for modifying nanodiamonds

一種奈米鑽石表面硫醇化方法,包含進行一羧基化步驟、進行一羥基化步驟與進行一硫醇基化步驟。進行羧基化步驟是將奈米鑽石與氧化劑反應,使奈米鑽石的表面產生羧基以形成羧基化奈米鑽石。進行羥基化步驟是使羧基化奈米鑽石的羧基轉變為羥基,使羧基化奈米鑽石轉變為羥基化奈米鑽石。進行硫醇基化步驟包含將羥基化奈米鑽石、硫源與第一酸性物質混合以形成第一混合液,將第一混合液倒入鹼性溶液中以形成第二混合液,並將第二混合液進行酸化以形成酸化混合液,使羥基化奈米鑽石轉變為硫醇基化奈米鑽石。藉此,可降低生產成本與有利於量產。 A method for modifying surface of nanodiamond with thiol group includes providing a carboxylating step, a hydroxylating step and a thiolating step. In the carboxylating step, nanodiamonds are reacted with an oxidant for generating carboxyl groups on surfaces of the nanodiamonds so as to form carboxylated nanodiamonds. In the hydroxylating step, the carboxyl groups of the carboxylated nanodiamonds are transformed into hydroxyl groups for transforming the carboxylated nanodiamonds into hydroxylated nanodiamonds. In the thiolating step, the hydroxylated nanodiamonds, a sulfur source and a first acidic substance are mixed so as to form a first mixture. The first mixture is poured into an alkaline solution so as to form a second mixture. The second mixture is acidified so as to form an acidified solution. The hydroxylated nanodiamonds are transformed into thiolated nanodiamonds. Therefore, it is favorable for reducing the manufacturing costs and favorable for mass production.
