技術說明

一種整合直流無刷馬達之六速內變速器，包括輪轂單元、直流無刷馬達單元、內變速單元及齒盤單元，直流無刷馬達單元及內變速單元設於輪轂單元內且相互連接；本發明將直流無刷馬達單元與內變速單元加以整合，成為一體式的機電整合裝置，因此，本發明不需要增設現有技術的聯軸器或動力傳輸元件，可降低因摩擦力而導致的機械能損耗，並縮減動力的傳輸路徑，致使整體效率提高。 A six-speed transmission hub with an integrated brushless DC motor in club a hub shell unit, a brushless DC motor unit, a transmission hub unit, and a sprocket unit. This invention is a brushless DC motor which is integrated within the transmission hub to be a compact structural assembly. It reduces the use of couplings or power transmission elements, which improve the reliability and make the whole device more compact and lightweight. It also shrinks the length of the power transfer path, which makes this device more efficient.
