技術說明

一種四穩態系統，包含傳遞一作用力的一作動元件，及一撓性元件組。該撓性元件組具有作用於該作動元件的至少一第一撓性元件，及作用於該第一撓性元件的至少一第二撓性元件。該第一、第二撓性元件用於承受前述作用力產生變形，使該作動元件在一彈動範圍內彈動，及以前述正、反向作用力的一第一臨界值、一第二臨界值與一第三臨界值，輸出四個穩態位置。藉此，使該作動元件在作用力未超過前述臨界值時，不受前述彈動範圍的影響維持原穩態位置，且能夠在作用力超過前述臨界值時，穩定於原點外的另外三個穩態位置。 A quadristable mechanism with a bistable structure embedded in a surrounding beam structure is developed. Three stable equilibrium positions are within the range of the forward motion of the mechanism, and the fourth stable equilibrium position can only be reached on the backward motion. The quadristability of the mechanism originates from combined compression and bending of the beam structures. The mechanism has no movable joints and gains its mobility from the deflection of flexible members. This compliant mechanism can be easily miniaturized, offering a significant advantage for application in micro actuators, micro sensors and microelectromechanical systems.
