技術說明

此處揭示具有2-苯基苯并哌喃-4-酮骨架的黃酮類化合物之新穎用途。此黃酮類化合物可做為先導化合物來製備用以治療經診斷罹患伴有感覺運動門控缺損的精神異常疾病之患者的藥劑或藥學組合物。 我們發現黃酮類化合物如hispidulin, acacetin 和luteolin可以在動物模式有效逆轉前脈衝抑制缺損的功能。前脈衝抑制缺損可以反應一些精神疾病，如精神分裂症、強迫症、注意力不足好動症、妥瑞氏症等患者由於過濾外界刺激的功能失調而導致之過度反應。 The present disclosure relates to novel use of flavones, particularly, flavones having 2-phenylchromen-4-one skeleton, for the treatment of psychiatric disorders, particularly neuropsychiatric disorders with sensorimotor gating deficits. We found that the flavones, such as hispidulin, acacetin and luteolin rescued the prepluse inhibition of the acoustic startle response in various animal models, which reflects the sensorimotor gating deficits usually observed in several psychiatric disorders, such as Tourette syndrome, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
