去除戴奧辛類化合物的系統及方法

現行排氣戴奧辛類化合物之主流控制技術為活性碳噴入搭配袋式集塵器,然而該技術卻造成袋式集塵器收集之飛灰中戴奧辛類化合物含量明顯著提高。本創作乃關於一種分層式吸附設備與吸附劑再生設備,用以去除煙道排氣中之戴奧辛類化合物之技術構思。應用於除塵設備後,可操作於一般實廠尾氣之高溫狀態,並維持高戴奧辛類化合物去除效率。吸附劑使用具高硬度之球狀活性碳,可有效吸附氣流中之戴奧辛類化合物。球狀活性碳使用後經輸送系統帶入高溫熱裂解系統進行再生,再生後之球狀活性碳可重覆使用,有效降低戴奧辛類化合物排放與設備操作成本。分層式吸附設備中使用特定或經改質後之球狀活性碳吸附氣流中之戴奧辛類化合物。使用後之活性碳可送入流動床式之球狀活性碳再生設備,於缺氧高溫之狀態下,將活性碳吸附之污染物予以分解。再生後之活性碳可再回送至分層式吸附設備中重覆使用,並設計為一連續操作系統。 The total dioxin discharge increases with the application of ACI+BF. The technique developed aims to control dioxin-like compound emission by a moving-bed activated carbon adsorption and regeneration system. It can be installed after particle removal devices and operated at a relatively high temperature of flue gas with bead-shaped activated carbon. The removal efficiency of dioxin-like compounds achieved with moving-bed activated carbon adsorber is higher than 99% and can be increased by adding more layers. The used bead-shaped activated carbon is introduced into a regenerator and the contaminants adsorbed with bead-shaped activated carbon can be decomposed with pyrolysis. Regenerated activated carbon is then reused in the system. Hence, a continuous operating system integrating adsorption and regeneration for effective removal of dioxin-like congeners is developed.
