技術說明

一種適用於少量樣品之非類固醇抗發炎藥物的檢測方法，係包含：混合一血漿樣品及一鹼液以得一待反應液，將該待反應液離心以得含有一非類固醇抗發炎藥物之一上清液；使一衍生試劑與該上清液所含有之非類固醇抗發炎藥物進行一衍生反應以得一衍生溶液，該衍生溶液係含有接合一標記之非類固醇抗發炎藥物；及使該衍生溶液與一基質形成一結晶狀固態物，以一雷射光束離子化該接合該標記之非類固醇抗發炎藥物，使該接合該標記之非類固醇抗發炎藥物形成一氣相離子，並以一質荷比分析器檢測該氣相離子，以獲得一非類固醇抗發炎藥物強度值。 A method for detecting non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) suitable for small amount of sample is disclosed. The method includes the following steps. A plasma sample is mixed with a basic solution to obtain a reaction solution. The reaction solution is centrifuged to obtain a supernatant containing NSAID. A derivatization reaction is occurred between a derivatization reagent and the NSAID in the supernatant, and a derivatization solution containing a tagged NSAID is obtained. The derivatization solution and a matrix are co-crystallized, the co-crystallized mixture is fired by a laser beam to form a vaporized ion, and the vaporized ion is analyzed to obtain a value of NSAID.
