技術說明

本發明使用影片濃縮系統，將冗長影片中的前景部分提取出來，並基於保留物體移動路徑、速度等特徵與不相互碰撞之前提下，將不同時間出現之物體重新整合至同一個時間片段中，產生耗時最短且保留最多細節之濃縮影片，以期能減少鑑識人員過濾影片之時間成本。本發明並使用多種軌跡分群方法，包含統計空間使用率，物件移動軌跡分群等方法將物體移動路徑分群及排序之後，放置於濃縮影片中，除了具有濃縮效果外，畫面中各移動物體的移動方向之和諧度亦較高，可進一步有效的減少鑑識人員觀看監視影片的負擔。 The present invention discloses a system for condensing a video, and comprising a capture module, a first analysis module, a clustering module and a condensing module. The system of the present invention can capture a background portion from the video and reserve characteristics such as the moving route or speed of an object. Based on no collision among the objects, the objects existing at different time can be recompiled into a condensed video with short time and full content of the video according to the system of the present invention.
