新式串聯式流體化床反應器

【中文】 一種新式串聯式流體化床反應器包含空氣反應器,管內設有孔口板,該孔 口板具有孔口;該空氣反應器的頂部設置沒入式上升管,該沒入式上升管底部 部分套設於該空氣反應器中,該沒入式上升管頂部與該連通裝置連接;燃料反 應器的頂部與該連通裝置連接且設有燃料反應器出料口,其底部設有燃料反應 器進料口;以及該空氣反應器與該燃料反應器底部以封閉迴路裝置連通;本發 明的反應器能使顆粒順暢在系統間流動,特殊擋板、孔口板、局部結構設置連 結,使載氧體能充分與氣體、燃料混合,系統具可控滯留時間與循環率,顆粒 流動穩定,反應器壓力平穩而可安全進行長時間操作。 【英文】 Present invention is related to an interconnected fluidized bed reactor having an air reactor connected with a fuel reactor. The air reactor is a hollow pipe comprising at least a baffle plate with a hole configured thereon. A top of the air reactor further connects with a tube which is partially merged inside the hollow pip of the air reactor. A top of the side tube is further connected with a connection mechanism. The fuel reactor is also a hollow pipe connected with the air reactor through the said connection mechanism. An outlet and an inlet are configured to be placed on a top and a bottom of the fuel reactor. The bottom of the air reactor is connected with the fuel reactor through a closed loop unit. As performing the chemical looping process by the present 第 2 頁,共 3 頁(發明摘要) invention, an oxygen carrier as a particle form will be fluidized and continuously flew inside the reactors of the present invention. The baffle plate and the closed loop unit could benefit the oxygen carrier having a more completely and thoroughly mixing condition with the air or the fuel. The reactors of the present invention could also prolong or control a residence time and circulation rate of the oxygen carrier in the whole system so as to provide a better and more efficient reactor compared to the conventional technique.
