本發明提供一種自動螺帽內螺紋品質檢測設備,包含:落料模組,使待測螺帽能排列落料;夾持模組,為固定待測螺帽;推桿模組,主要將螺帽推入夾持模組與阻擋落料,進料過程為將檢測完成的螺帽出料。與牙規接觸時,具有螺紋起點對齊之調整功能;牙規驅動模組,為馬達旋轉帶動錐形牙規,而中間裝上動力計,用以量測該牙規鎖附之扭矩;軸推模組,用以控制轉速下使待測螺帽前進與後退至牙規進行檢測。透過待測螺帽在一定扭矩下旋入GO到NOGO端之錐形牙規圈數,研判螺紋的精度等級,使人工牙規幾何檢測轉化成自動動力檢測,達自動化檢測功效。 An automatic nut internal thread quality tester is provided. A blanking module used to make that the nut to be tested can be blanked in series; a clamping module is used to fix the nut to be tested; a push rod module mainly pushes the nut into the clamping module and blocks the blanking, and the feeding process also discharges the nut has been tested. When the nut to be tested contacts a thread gauge, the automatic nut internal thread quality tester has the function of adjusting the starting point of the thread. A gauge driving module drives the tapered thread gauge by a motor, and a power meter is disposed between thereof to measure the torque at the situation that the thread gauge is attached by the nut. An axial push module is used to control the nut to be tested to move forward to the thread gauge and to move backward from the thread gauge under a control rotating speed for testing. Determining the accuracy level of the thread by the number of turns of the tapered thread gauge of the nut under test screwed from GO to NOGO under a certain torque, therefore the manual geometric nut thread quality test is transformed into an automatic power nut thread quality test to achieve an automatic test effect.
