技術說明

本發明為一種光學元件的交界面輪廓之檢測方法及其裝置，就其方法上的步驟而言，係包含產生一光波以入射一第一鏡片，而形成一第一波前，使該第一波前入射具有一交界面之一待測光學元件，以形成一第一交界波前，使該第一交界波前入射一第二鏡片，以形成一反射波前，使該反射波前再度入射具有該交界面之該待測光學元件，以形成一第二交界波前，以及使該第二交界波前再入射該第一鏡片，並進而形成一第一干涉條紋，俾獲致該交界面之一輪廓。 An inspecting method of a surface profile of an interface of an optical component and a device for the same are provided. The steps of the inspecting method include generating a light wave going through a first lens, forming a first wavefront, making the first wavefront going through a to-be-tested optical component having an interface to form a first interface-wavefront, making the first interface-wavefront going through a second lens to form a reflection-wavefront, and making the reflection-frontwave going through the to-be-tested optical component having the interface again to form a second interface-wavefront. The second interface-wavefront goes through the first lens again to form a first interference fringe so that a surface profile of the interface is acquired.
