技術說明

一般鑽石在平滑基板表面上成核，需使用機械研磨產生刮痕或是在導電基板上以偏壓方式成核。本技術提供一種新的鑽石成核方法，包括下述的步驟。首先，提供鑽石膜成核的一基材，基材可具有平坦表面或彎曲的表面，然後將鑽類烷類烷粉末(如金剛烷，分子式C10H16)溶解在一種具有黏著性之溶劑內以形成一個混合溶液，將基材浸潤混合溶液內使鑽類烷經由黏著溶劑附著在基材上作為後續鑽石成長之成核來源。黏著溶劑可以是乙二醇或二乙二醇。基材浸潤至混合溶液中之後，取出乾燥，金剛烷即塗布於基板上。 A method of diamond nucleation and growth for formation of a diamond film comprises the following steps. Firstly, a substrate which can have a flat surface is provided upon which diamond is to be nucleated. Diamondoid powders are then dissolved in an adhesive solvent to form a mixing solution. The substrate is dipped into the mixing solution to let the diamondoid attach to the substrate through the solvent of high viscosity. Diamonds nucleated by the abovementioned method is also disclosed in the present invention.
