技術說明

一種肌群訓練裝置，包括附著件、結合於該附著件上的至少一固定調整件以及至少一彈力件，其中，該彈力件係結合於固定調整件上，且該彈力件藉由該固定調整件設定出一初始長度，俾當該使用者移動軀幹或四肢使該彈力件產生變形而改變該初始長度時，令該彈力件產生回復力以提供該關節周圍之肌群訓練所需之阻力。據此，本發明提供使用者一種不受時間、場地限制的肌群訓練裝置，並令使用者能針對單一關節周圍之肌群進行訓練，從而避免運動傷害並提升訓練效果。 A musculature training device comprises an attaching member, at least one fixing and adjusting member combined to the attaching member, and at least one elastic member, wherein the elastic member is connected to the fixing and adjusting member and set a initial length of the elastic member by the fixing and adjusting member. When a user move his/her body or limbs to make the elastic member deform and change the initial length, the elastic member generates restoring force to provide the resistance of the musculature training around the user’s arthroses. Therefore, the disclosure provides users a musculature training device without limitation of time and space. Moreover, the disclosure enables users to focus on the single arthrosis musculature training to avoid sport injury and improve the training effectiveness.
