一相位追蹤自我注入鎖定雷達具有一自我注入鎖定振盪器、一訊號收發單元、一相移單元、一解調單元及一控制單元,該訊號收發單元接收該自我注入鎖定振盪器之一振盪訊號並輸出一無線訊號至一目標,該訊號收發單元並接收該目標反射之一反射訊號為一注入訊號,該注入訊號注入該自我注入鎖定振盪器使該自我注入鎖定振盪器處於一自我注入鎖定狀態,該相移單元用以相移該振盪訊號或該注入訊號,該解調單元解調該振盪訊號為一頻率偏移訊號,該控制單元根據該頻率偏移訊號控制該相移單元的一相移量,使該振盪訊號及該注入訊號之間維持固定的相位差。 A phase-tracking self-injection-locked radar includes a self-injection-locked oscillator (SILO), a signal transceiver, a phase shifter, a demodulator and a controller. The signal transceiver receives an oscillation signal from the SILO, transmits the oscillation signal as a transmitted signal to a target, and receives a reflected signal from the target as an injection signal. The injection signal is injected into the SILO to make the SILO operate in a self-injection-locked state. The phase shifter is used to phase-shift the oscillation signal or the injection signal. The demodulator demodulates the oscillation signal to produce a frequency-shift signal. The controller controls the phase shift of the phase shifter according to the frequency-shift signal to keep a constant phase difference between the oscillation signal and the injection signal.
