技術說明

本發明係提供一種燃料電池之極板流道毛細導引結構，所述燃料電池之極板至少一面係設有內凹狀且呈預定延伸路徑型態之流道；本發明之特點主要在於所述燃料電池之極板流道中並具有沿著該流道延伸方向分佈設置的毛細結構，所述毛細結構具體實施型態可採用溝槽、燒結顆粒體、網狀體、排水塗層或親水塗層等任其中一種或其組合式；藉此設計，俾可藉由所述毛細結構的增設，令所述極板流道中之水液得以獲得更佳疏導流動效果及排出效率，有效防止水珠凝結堵塞的問題產生，進而達到提昇燃料電池整體運作效能和品質之優點及進步性。 This innovation presents the flow field plate structure for polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs). The flow filed plate of polar plate of PEMFCs include flow field at least on one side. The advantage of the invention is the flow field structure has capillary structure along the channel. The embodiment of capillary structure not only can be one of the following methods: channel, sinter particles, mesh structure, foam structure, hydrophobic coating or hydrophilic coating but also the composite method which mentioned above. This innovation can drain water more easily and prevent water flooding by the capillary structure. Therefore, the PEMFCs performance and stability can be improved.
