技術說明

本發明之目的為提供一個能促進粒子載體進入細胞的方式。利用沒食子酸衍生物可改變細胞行為之特性，可提升粒子載體於細胞中的被攝取量，不論體外培養或是體內組織中之細胞皆可應用。若結合藥物或標示分子或核酸，則可以達到促進標靶給藥的療效或是提高基因轉殖效率等的成效。相較於既有基因轉殖或是標靶給藥技術，需改變粒子載體之特性、或是以物理方式如電穿孔打開細胞膜以提升細胞攝取量，本發明不需要大幅改變現有技術即可達到成效。 This invention provides a method which may enhance the cellular uptake of particle carriers. Administration of gallate derivatives with particle carriers may promote cellular uptake of particle carriers and the materials/drugs carried by the particle. Although the mechanism is unknown, some evidence suggests that gallate may interrupt plasma membrane and subsequently alter cell behavior. Gallate derivatives may act in vitro or in vivo, as a conjuvant or bind to the particle carrier for trnasfection, gene therapy or target therapy etc. When magnetic nanoparticles are employed as the carrier, the effects of the gallate derivatives on cell uptake may be further enhanced by placement of a magnetic field at the opposite direction of the cells. Therefore, gallate derivative may be used to increase transfection efficiency or the efficacy of gene therapy or target therapy, by enhancing cellular delivery of therapeutic agents, nuclei or makers.
