技術說明

本發明揭示長非編碼核醣核酸AOC4P (lncRNA AOC4P)的表現量與細胞癌化現象有關，lncRNA AOC4P於癌化細胞之表現量低於正常細胞，藉由活體外試驗(in vitro test)及活體內動物試驗(in vivo animal test)已證實利用載體使lncRNA AOC4P於癌細胞中大量表現可抑制癌細胞的生長與轉移。本發明提供一治療癌症之方法，係提供一包含長非編碼核醣核酸AOC4P的醫藥組合物。 This invention discloses that the expression level of lncRNA AOC4P may contribute to carcinogenesis, the expression level of lncRNA AOC4P in cancer cells is lower than that in normal cells. Overexpression of lncRNA AOC4P in cancer cell by a vector may inhibit the growth and metastasis of cancer. The invention provide a method for cancer treatment, by providing a pharmaceutical composition comprising lncRNA AOC4P.
