技術說明

這發明利用脈衝閥控制氣體分子與離子進入真空系統的總量，使得系統對真空幫浦的抽氣速率要求減少，不需要使用體積與重量皆大的抽氣幫浦。因此，可以實現電噴灑游離源結合微小化質譜儀。 This invention utilizes pulsed valve to control the total amount of the gas molecules into the vacuum system, so that the system can i reduce the pumping speed. Therefore, it does not need to use the larger and heavy rough and turbo pumps. Therefore, it is possible to achieve the electrospray ionization source combined with a portable mass spectrometer.
