技術說明

本發明係關於一種金屬感測化合物、含其之多重感測共聚物及包含其之纖維。該纖維係由含有螢光基團的高分子共聚物，經靜電紡絲技術所製成，具有高比表面積與孔隙度。該共聚物包含BNPTU與交聯單體之雙成分共聚物，以及具金屬離子感測能力之螢光基團、具環境感測能力之螢光基團、與交聯單體之三成分共聚物。本發明之纖維可感測不同濃度之金屬離子與環境條件，並藉由顏色變化做顯示，例如藍光、綠光、黃光、橘光、紫光、白光等顏色，而此技術特徵可應用於工業廢水處理環境檢測領域。 The present invention relates to a metal ion sensing compound, multi-sensing copolymer containing the same and fiber of the same. The fiber produced by copolymers containing fluorescent group through eletrospinning process and has high specific surface area and porosity. The copolymers containing fluorescent group includes two monomers copolymer copolymerized by BNPTU and cross-linking monomer; and three monomers copolymer copolymerized by monomer containing metal ion sensing fluorescent group, monomer containing environment parameter sensible fluorescent group and cross-linking monomer. The fiber of the present invention can detect different concentration of metal ion and different environment parameter, and express the differences by color change, such as blue, green, yellow, orange, purple, white, and so on. This technical feature can be applied to the field of industrial wastewater and environmental monitoring.
