技術說明

三維細胞培養條件一般被認為比較接近生理環境，因此，細胞之三維培養方式漸漸受到重視。大部分的三維細胞培養操作過程中，常常涉及使用膠體 (gel)進行所謂細胞包埋，過程中膠體之製備(含體積定量及成型)是必要的程序。然而此項操作過程常常因為膠體懸浮液之黏稠性，造成不易使用傳統的液體分注裝置或其相關設備加以定量及分注。此外，此類操作也因上述之黏稠性而造成定量分注時之體積誤差而影響實驗準確性。此時一個能有效率且精確製備此類膠體的方法是極為須要的。本發明之”適合三維細胞培養使用之高通量膠體精確定量成型蓋子”能解決上述問題，這些對於一些利用三維細胞培養的高通量化研究工作是非常實用的功能。 It is generally believed that 3-D cell culture can better mimic the in vivo conditions. In general 3-D cell culture practice, gel-like material (e.g. hydrogel) is widely adopted to entrap the cultured cell into the 3-D gel matrix. In the preparation process, the quantification, dispensing and molding of gel suspension is necessary. However, due to the viscous nature of gel suspension it is not only difficult to use traditional liquid dispensing equipments like pipette to handle gel suspension but more importantly, the suspension dispensing is not quantitatively accurate. This invention proposes a special tool, which can solve out the aforementioned issues.
