奈米級(nanoscale)YAG螢光粉體之製造方法

將所需之陽離子金屬鹽類形成水溶液,並添加適當之鉗合劑(PAA)使之與釔、 鈰及鋁完全錯合,經由煆燒之後即可得到純相之YAG及YAG:Ce螢光粉體。且 經由XRD、BET、Size distribution、SEM、TEM及PL對所製成之螢光粉體做性 質檢測,可知其表面積達31.04g/m2,平均粒徑為42.5nm。而在PL檢測方面; 其激發光譜為387-554nm且最大之強度為468nm,可得到約480-660nm範圍且最 大發射光譜強度位於529nm之放射光。 Phase-pure YAG and YAG:CE phosphor particles are synthesized by the calculation of the precursor salt solutions. The precursor salt solutions are prepared by adding PAA to an aqueous solution of yttrium, cerium, and aluminium nitrates. The X-ray diffraction, SEM, BET, TEM were utilized in the characterization of phase purity and microstructure of phosphor nanoparticles. PL spectroscopy was utilized to characterized the optical properties. The minimum grain size was found to be 42.5 nm, whereas the corresponding specific surface area was determined to be 31.04 g/m2 for YAG phase. For PL, the excited spectrum is between 387 to 554 nm and the maximum intensity is 468nm;the emission spectrum is between 480 to 660 nm and the maximum intensity is 529 nm.
