技術說明

馬賽克磚是磁磚中重要的一部分，且為美化環境具長久及有效性之建 材。近年來因台灣人力成本不斷提升，台灣馬賽克磚產業陷入困境，為了降 低人力需求所以我們設計一馬賽克磚拼圖機，將以往人力拼貼導向自動化以 節省人力成本。首先以影像處理軟體將圖片轉換成點陣圖，利用三原色之色 碼區分並指定至馬賽克磚色號，以數字矩陣構成馬賽克磚拼圖，進一步透過 鋁擠、滑軌、滑塊、伺服馬達、皮帶輪、皮帶與氣壓系統，組合成雙軸滑台、 旋轉多重吸盤與馬賽克磚上下料之機構，再搭配LabVIEW 設計程式、人機 介面及其硬體來控制，且經由自動倉儲設備能將料盤自動取料及儲料功效， 以便於能生產大面積之馬賽克磚拼圖。 Mosaic tiles are an important part of tiles production, and these tiles are building materials for possessing permanent and effective properties to embellish the environment. In recent years, the industry of mosaic tiles faces some predicaments due to rising labor costs in Taiwan. In order to reduce human resources, a mosaic tile puzzle machine is designed and fabricated for decreasing labor costs by an automatic production. The puzzle machine consists of aluminum extrusion frames, slides, sliders, servomotors, pulleys, belts and pneumatic systems for further building a biaxial slide frame with rotational multi-suckers, and mosaic titles loading and unloading mechanisms. The control system is also constructed with LabVIEW program, human-computer interfaces and hardware. Moreover, an automatic warehouse is adopted to load and unload the tile trays for further producing a larger area picture composed by mosaic titles.
