技術說明

本技術藉由設計非接觸式環形掃描裝置發展應用於女性乳癌檢測之臥床式擴散光學斷層掃描系統，並設計環形掃描裝置之光源與光偵測器光纖配置模式，以此獲得最佳之設計參數進而實現檢測系統。本技術設計之非接觸式環形掃描裝置，結合NIR量測系統，以直流式或頻率式之多波長光源進行檢測，藉此建立臥床式擴散光學斷層掃描系統，本技術之特點乃以功能性影像及非接觸掃描特點，提高乳房病灶之檢知率及受檢者之接受度，進而增加篩檢率。 This research project aims to obtain structural, functional and morphological contents of breast tissue using a multi-spectral DOT image reconstruction approach. In this study, we focus on a design of non-contact circular scanning module, and apply image reconstruction algorithm in several different imaging configurations in order to evaluate how the source-and-detector arrangement affects both the resulting image and detection time. The research proceeds to the development of prostrate-type DOT system based on previous basis, such as direct-current and frequency-domain measurement system, inverse computation scheme for optical-property images, and algorithms for the purpose of rapid convergence, edge-preserving for better tumor detection.
