技術說明

本發明提出一無ESR電阻補償之低壓降線性穩壓器。此電路至少包含一誤差放大器電路、源極隨耦器、一穩定參考電壓源，同時以巢狀式頻率補償方法，使得在無負載電阻的情況下有較佳的暫態響應及穩定度。該電路之零點追蹤補償電路可因應不同之主極點產生相對應之零點位置，因此可有效達成相位邊界(Phase margin)補償之功效，此外，本發明之電路設計係無需外掛等效串聯電阻(ESR)而使得系統在不同之負載下仍能夠提供一穩定之電壓輸出訊號。 A low dropout regulator without ESR compensation comprises an input terminal, a band-gap reference circuit, an error amplifier, a source follower, a zero-tracking circuit, a power pass device, a compensating/voltage-dividing circuit and an output terminal, wherein the input terminal means for providing an voltage input signal, the band-gap reference circuit is electrically connected to the input terminal, the error amplifier is electrically connected to the band-gap reference circuit, the source follower and the zero-tracking circuit are electrically connected to the error amplifier, the power pass device is electrically connected to the source follower, the compensating/voltage-dividing circuit and the output terminal are electrically connected to the power pass device, and the output terminal is capable of providing a stable voltage output signal.
