技術說明

本發明係關於一種具專一性核適體(Aptamer)之製備方法，即特定結合位核適體篩選法(Epitope-specific Systematic Evolution of ligands by Exponential Enrichment，簡稱EX-SELEX)，其步驟包含將一單股DNA群組與一標的蛋白質混合，使用至少一次蛋白質專一性篩選法得到一核適體群組；及將該核適體群組使用至少一次結合位專一性篩選法得到一具專一性核適體。本發明更提供一種製備具專一性核適體之套組，與一種人類流感血液凝集素核適體。 The present invention provides a method for preparing a specific aptamer, i.e., Epitope-specific Systematic Evolution of ligands by Exponential Enrichment (EX-SELEX), includes the following steps: mixing a group of single strain DNA and a target protein, obtaining a group of aptamer by performing at least once protein-specific selection method and obtaining a specific aptamer by performing at least once epitope-specific selection method. The present invention also provides a kit for preparing a specific aptamer and an anti-human influenza hemagglutinin aptamer(s).
