不鏽鋼排釘具有不生鏽特色,深受大眾喜愛與廣泛應用。不鏽鋼排釘目前以氫氧焰加熱加工生產為主,有潛在氣體爆炸危險性。本計畫擬針對不鏽鋼排釘發展高週波加熱線圈,取代具有潛在氣體爆炸危險性的氫氧焰加熱方式,將更為安全與省能。本計畫擬應用Ansoft 電腦輔助設計軟體,進行電磁及熱的模擬分析,設計各種不鏽鋼排釘加熱線圈模型,探討高週波對不鏽鋼排釘加熱的可行性。最後,擬透過電腦輔助進行精確的分析及設計,製作出不鏽鋼排釘高週波加熱線圈,克服不鏽鋼排釘不易感應加熱的問題。 Stainless steel nails has stainless property. It is widely applied and favored in overall world. The H2-O2 flame is mainly applied to make stainless steel row-nails today. However, H2 is more dangerous sometime due to possible explosion. In this project, a high frequency heating coil and ferrite core are designed for stainless steel nails. The electric heating is developed instead of H2-O2 flame heating. It is more safe and energy saving. In this project, high frequency heating coils with ferrite core for stainless steel nails are studied by using Ansoft 3D software. According to simulation results, design and analysis of high frequency heating coils with ferrite core are improved. An effective high frequency heating coils with ferrite core can be developed and available for stainless nails.
