機率式類神經網路為色彩影像感測器特性化的方法

「色彩機器視覺晶片」將成為下一代色彩機器辨識產品最關鍵性的晶片,革命性改變黑白的單調生產世界,蛻變為彩色的智慧製造世界;「色彩機器視覺晶片」也將取代工業電腦 ,並成為聰明的色彩機器眼 。 本價創計畫所研發的基於「色彩機器視覺」技術為基礎所產出「類光譜儀之色彩辨識晶片」,其中最主要技術關鍵之一乃植基於CIE(國際照明委員會)所推薦的色彩度量學;基於人眼的色彩視覺特性所研發的產品,因而兼具線上類光譜儀之色彩辨識與機器視覺的優異性能。此準產品解決方案的特色如下: 1. 雲端色彩視覺的深度學習運算: 雲端從〝0〞開始深度學習,快速生成「類人眼色彩認知」 與「機器視覺」的智慧; 2. 設備邊端的「色彩機器視覺」優勢:「類光譜儀之色彩辨識晶片」融合類光譜儀之「色彩辨識」 與「機器視覺」優點,成為市場上技術產品的價值創新 ; 3. 「類光譜儀之色彩辨識晶片」產品之虛實整合以解決產業的『痛』: 本案將提出「色彩機器視覺智慧雲」的色彩標準虛實整合超研中心,藉由智慧雲服務終端產品可以一次解決跨設備、跨生產線、跨網路色彩量測與品質生產不一致的問題。目前紡織所已推薦廠商準備下訂單採購「類光譜儀之色彩辨識」產品,預估價創立案後半年內可交貨 3 套產值480萬 ,另外,已有三家國外廠商洽談 AI 晶片IP 授權預估產值>NT3000萬/IP ; 「類光譜儀之色彩辨識晶片」為基礎的產品與模組可以快速產品化,初期以台灣ASMV (視覺系統)市場年產值NT138億元為試點;然後,再前進大陸市場(年產值RMB90億元);隨後,再轉進全球年產值$200 億美金的【AI晶片與感測器】市場! These revolutionary “color machine-vision chips” will change the production fromthe black-and-white (i.e. achromatic) world to both the chromatic and the intelligent world. Moreover, these chips will replace industrial PCs and become smart eyes of machines with artificial intelligence One of the key technologies in the “Color machine vision chip”, developed in this project, is based on the CIE (International Commission on Illumination) colorimetry. Therefore, it can carry out online color machine-vision of spectrometer-like systems. The key characteristics of these barebone-product solutions are listed as bellows: 1. Cloud-based deep learning for color machine-vision: cloud-based machine learning starts from “0”, and quickly generates intelligent modeling of “human-eyeslike color perception” and “machine vision”; 2. “Color machine vision chip” strengthens built-in functionalities of devices: both spectrometer-like color recognition and machine vision are integrated and fused on one chip. it has definitely been an innovative technology in the market; 3. AI cyber-physical intelligent solution to solve painful problems of industry: A strategy of “Color Machine-Vision Intelligence Cloud”, operated by Color Standard Cyber-physical Fusion Research Center, will be proposed in this project. It can solve inconsistencies in cross-device, cross-production, and internet of color measurement and quality production. Taiwan Textile Research Institute has recommended manufacturers to place orders of AI color machine-vision systems, proposed in this project. The developed products can be delivered within 3 months after the founding of the project. Three sets of this system will be in sales with the estimated NT4.8 million. In addition, three foreign manufacturers have already negotiated the issue of AI chip IP authorization (with estimated > NT30 million / IP). “Color machine-vision chip” based products and modules proposed here can be rapidly commercialized and penetrated in Taiwan's ASMV (Application Specific Machine Vision) market, with NT$1.38 billion annually. Subsequently, we will focus on China market, with RMB9 billion annually. Furthermore, we positively will move to the global market of AI chips and sensors, with estimated $20 billion annually.
