技術說明

本發明提供一種蝦蟹外殼的預處理方法，係在提升蝦蟹外殼之含水量後，於高溫高壓環境下瞬間釋壓，使蝦蟹外殼中的水分快速蒸發釋出，直接導致蝦蟹外殼的內表皮層結構破壞而產生複數個層膜，且層膜間更形成多孔隙結構。本發明亦提供一種製備α-幾丁質的方法，包括前述蝦蟹外殼的預處理方法的主要步驟。本技術已達試量產，在後續的幾丁質純化製造程序中，酸處理去除礦物質步驟可節省20%-30%的反應時間，鹼處理去除蛋白質步驟可節省30%-50%的反應時間 The present invention discloses a method of pretreating crab or shrimp shells, which includes a step of increasing the water content of the crab or shrimp shells and a step of releasing pressure suddenly under a high temperature and high pressure condition to rapidly evaporate the water in the crab or shrimp shells, thereby to directly break the endocuticle structure of the crab or shrimp shells so as to form a plurality of layers and porous structures between the layers. The present invention also discloses a method of preparing α-chitin including the main steps of aforesaid method of pretreating crab or shrimp shells.
