技術說明

一種生物感測器包含一第一載板、一第二載板、一隔膜及一聲波微收發傳感裝置。該隔膜包括一微流道。該聲波微收發傳感裝置包括一發送件、一接收件及一第一後分子拓印層。該發送件具有一第一電極、一第二電極及一壓電層。該接收件具有一第一電極、一第二電極及一壓電層。該第一後分子拓印層疊置於該發送件與該接收件其中一者的壓電層上。本發明生物感測器中的該聲波微收發傳感裝置，其檢測藥物的專一性與靈敏度能有效提升。 This invention relates to a biosensor including a first carrier, a second carrier, a diaphragm and a micromachined acoustic transducers. The diaphragm includes a microchannel. The micromachined acoustic transducers includes a transmitter, a receptor and a first post-molecularly imprinted layer. The transmitter includes a first electrode, a second electrode and a piezoelectric layer. The first post-molecularly imprinted layer is stacked on the piezoelectric layer of one of the transmitter or the receptor. The micromachined acoustic transducers of the biosensor of this invention can effectively improves the specificity and sensitivity of drug-detecting.
