石墨烯磁性甲殼素聚合物之用途

一種石墨烯磁性甲殼素聚合物,係作為偵測致病細菌之奈米探針,其製造方法係包含:提供一石墨烯甲殼素聚合物,係使石墨烯溶解於去離子水,添加一第一甲殼素醋酸水溶液而製備獲得;提供一磁性甲殼素聚合物,係使氯化亞鐵及氯化鐵之混合物與氨水反應以產生一磁性奈米物質,並使該磁性奈米物質及一第二甲殼素醋酸水溶液反應,使甲殼素固定於該磁性奈米物質之表面而生成;及混合該石墨烯甲殼素聚合物及該磁性甲殼素聚合物以形成一混合物,使該混合物於室溫反應2小時,即獲得該石墨烯磁性甲殼素聚合物。 A graphene-megnetic chitosan polymer as a nano probe of detecting pathogenic bacterium is disclosed. The graphene-megnetic chitosan polymer is manufactured by a method comprising: providing a graphene-chitosan polymer, providing a magnetic chitosan polymer, mixing the graphene-chitosan polymer and the magnetic chitosan polymer to form a mixture, wherein the mixture carries out a reaction under room temperature for 2 hours to obtain the graphene-megnetic chitosan polymer. The graphene-chitosan polymer is obtained by dissolving graphene into deionized water, followed by adding a first chitosan-acetic acid solution. The magnetic chitosan polymer is provided by mixing a mixture of ferrous chloride and ferric chloride with ammonia to form a magnetic nanoparticle, followed by mixing the magnetic nanoparticle with a second chitosan-acetic acid solution to immobilize chitosan on surfaces of the magnetic nanoparticle.
