本發明提供了一種自動螺帽攻牙設備,包含:牙攻自轉機構、螺帽夾持機構、軸向傳動機構及螺帽放置槽。軸向傳動機構帶動螺帽夾持機構,配合牙攻轉速作攻牙及退牙軸向移動速度控制,且當螺帽攻牙至最後一牙距時,牙攻即進行反向退牙,不會二攻。夾持機構中的L型撥桿會帶動推桿,於螺帽完全退牙後加速後移,使螺帽於放置槽落料,並前推出料與阻擋螺帽再落料,以及六角模穴使螺帽在攻牙製程中不會旋轉,且容許在模穴中微量軸向移位。因此,本發明為螺帽在六角模穴限制不旋轉並隨牙攻作軸向運動,無需精密控制,即可順利攻出高品質之內螺紋。 An automatic nut tapping equipment is provided. The automatic nut tapping equipment includes: a tap rotating mechanism, a nut clamping mechanism, an axial transmission mechanism, and a nut placement slot. The axial transmission mechanism drives the nut clamping mechanism and control the axial movement speed of tapping and withdrawal with the rotating speed of the tap. When the nut is tapped to the last pitch, the tap is reversed prevent to prevent secondary tapping. The L-shaped lever in the clamping mechanism drives the push rod, accelerate and move back after the nut is completely retracted, so that the next nut in the nut placement slot is dropped, and the next nut is pushed forward and stop the nuts from droping. The hexagonal cavity prevents the nut from rotating during the tapping process, and allows a small amount of axial displacement in the cavity. Therefore, the present invention restricts the nut from rotating in the hexagonal cavity and the axial movement with the tap, and high-quality internal threads can be tapped without excessive precision control.
