本發明創作係關於一種基於船舶主海水冷卻泵浦變頻控制之航線或泵浦運轉規劃之決策系統,決策者可透過決策系統的輸入端輸入船舶主海水冷卻系統之各元件規格資料(如管路規格、熱交換器規格、泵浦規格等),決策系統便會透過各分析程式,而分析出泵浦最佳的變頻量,以及變頻後之節能效益,作為決策者決定船舶主海水冷卻系統建造規格、或是決定船舶航行路線之參考依據,並可透過改變不同規格資料,而得到各種規格下之節能效益,令決策者可從中取得較佳的節能效益,以及較佳的泵浦變頻流量,而節省船舶建置成本,或是船舶航行時的燃油成本。 Applications of variable frequency controls to ship sea water cooling pumps haven been proven successfully. It must reasonably evaluate the energy-saving benefits due to introduction of this new technique for determining whether this investment is economic or not. In order to accurately quantify the energy-saving benefits after the pumps are driven by the variable frequency drives (VFDs), a set of analysis model for energy-saving study of the VFDs driven sea water cooling pumps in ships is proposed in this invention. The ship main engine cooling system and navigation environment characteristics, including related marine equipment, pipe allocation, and sea water temperatures, are taken into account in the analysis. A practical commercial vessel data, including marine equipment and sea water temperature, is used for the study.
