低損耗高、低頻波導結構及其製作方法

本發明係有關於一種低損耗高、低頻波導結構,其主要係於一基板上經光阻、曝光、顯影…等製程,而於所述基板上製成一銅訊號線與二接地線,並於所述銅訊號線與二接地線外部採化學氣相沉積(CVD)包覆石墨烯層,所述石墨烯層作為高頻的傳輸導線;藉此結構,於傳播低頻時訊號會通過銅訊號線傳輸,而傳播高頻時因集膚效應訊號會藉由石墨烯層傳輸,達到提供高、低頻傳輸之需求。 he present invention relates to a low-loss, high-frequency and low frequency waveguide structure. It essentially uses a substrate subject to treatments of photoresistance, exposure, development, etc. so as further to make one copper signal wire and two ground wires on the substrate. The copper signal wire and ground wires enables to cover a grapheme layer by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) and the grapheme layer serves as a high-frequency transmission line. As a result, signals can be transmitted via the copper signal wire when propagating low frequencies, whereas signals can be transmitted via the grapheme layer due to skin effect when propagating high frequencies, for transmission of high and low frequencies as needed.
