本發明係提供一種雙向電子機械閥, 其包含有一圓柱形上蓋、兩個半圓柱形永久磁鐵、兩個半圓柱形外殼、一ㄇ 形線圈組、一圓柱形電樞、一氣門連接桿、一第一彈簧和一第二彈簧。此發明採獨特之整體圓柱形設計, 可提供快速強力之雙向開閉。圓柱形機構的設計可以減小閥之體積, 並避免氣門損耗不均勻。特殊圓柱形電樞及其底部凸出圓柱的設計, 則提供較強的磁力作用力, 使電樞有較佳的運動行程。單一電磁線圈組與永久磁鐵的特殊設計與排列方式, 可減少線圈體積和驅動功率, 且斷電時電樞停止在安全位置, 提供適用於引擎氣門之最佳驅動方式。 The present invention relates to a bi-directional electromechanical valve, especially used for internal combustion engines. This designed electromechanical valve can rapidly and strongly open and close in bi-direction. The present invention is an integrated round-shape electromechanical valve which is quite different from the electromechanical valves in other patents. The design of cylindrical mechanism not only reduces the dimensions of the electromechanical valve, but also equalizes the valve wear caused by rotating valve during engine operations. With the special designs and arrangements of the single coil set and the permanent magnet sets, the coil volume and needed actuating power are effectively reduced. This design also makes the armature stopping at the fail-to-safe top position if there is no electric current applied to the valve. The designed electromechanical valve provides a better driving way for engine intake/exhaust valve system.
